Return Policy
Our inventory at Hillbilly Depot Liquidations consists of new, refurbished, and customer returned items.
In order for us to update our inventory in a timely manner, we are unable to test every single product we receive.
With that being said customers are HIGHLY encouraged to take a thorough look over their item during store pickup.
If you have already paid online and find that the item is unsatisfactory during pick up, then the card you paid with will be refunded right away.
Credit/Debit card refunds can take up to 5 days to process after we request it so please keep that in mind when paying with a card as the processing time is out of our hands.
If you find your item to be inoperable or damaged you have 48 HOURS FROM PICKUP TO INQUIRE ABOUT A RETURN.
We will NOT begin to process a refund until the item being returned is physically in our hands.
In order to inquire a return please message us through our facebook group or fill out the form below.
We will NOT process a return on any item that we have not received an inquiry for within the 48 hour time limit. No exceptions.
Once again, returns will be refunded to you in whatever way you paid with originally.
